Lot 1: Executive Development and Succession Planning Development Lot 2: Entry-level - Middle Management Development Lot 1: Executive Development and Succession Planning Development Phase 1 of the Framework is approved for 2022-2025 to include the following management interventions for Lot 1: • Development for successors to business critical roles • Management Development Journey Phase 2 of the Programme is expected to span 2025-2027, and Phase 3 2027-2029. Interventions undertaken during Phase 2 and 3 of the Framework will be subject to NI Water approval. Lot 2: Entry-level - Middle Management Development Phase 1 of the Framework is approved for 2022-2025 Phase 2 of the Programme is expected to span 2025-2027, and Phase 3 2027-2029.
