Tender description

Longman Park is a Traveller housing site situated on the shores of the Moray Firth, neighbouring Inverness Caledonia Thistle Stadium. The client has been successful in receiving funding from the Scottish Government to improve the living accommodation for the tenants on the site. This PIN has been created to gauge an interest of Contractors that would be interested in tendering for the works. Lot 1: The Council intends to conduct an open FTS procurement procedure to select a experienced principal contractor. There will be a cost/quality evaluation. The Council intends to publish a contract notice in the coming weeks to formally begin the selection process.
