GB-Kings Lynn: Lot 2 - Loft Compartmentation, Fire Door, and Fire Stopping Works

Tender description

** This is Lot 2 of a 2 Lot tender ** Following recommendations by the Consultant Fire Risk Assessor it is necessary to carry out works to properties owned by Freebridge Community Housing within the Local Authority area of the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk. Principally the works is to maintain compartmentation between roof voids at 121Nr sites, but also includes the repair or replacement of Fire Doors at 187Nr sites and Fire Stopping at 55Nr sites. The work is split into 2Nr geographical Lots and is to be carried out by competent and certified contractors. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
