Tender description

Torbay Council requires a contractor for the demolition of the former Debenhams Building at 12-14 Strand, Torquay, TQ1 2AA. The target requirement start date is September 2023 Lot 1: The proposed route market for this Demolition Works Contract will be a single supplier framework reserved for Devon Contractors in accordance with the Cabinet Office Procurement Policy Note PPN 11/20 allowing sub-threshold contracts to be reserved for local suppliers, SMEs and social enterprises. The form off call will be a direct award, two stage open book process.
