Tender description
Devon County Council's Economy, Enterprise and Skills team has procured via Requests for Quotation on behalf of the Connecting Devon and Somerset programme (CDS), in which it is a partner organisation, an evaluation of recent wholesale Broadband infrastructure interventions, including as part of this evaluation, a summative assessment for ERDF purposes.
