<p><span style="font-family: &quot;Calibri&quot;, sans-serif">Following recent site energy audits commissioned by Tendring District Council (TDC), at various sites through the district, TDC now wish to engage the services of a specialist consultant to expand further the recommendations of the reports, in line with TDC’s carbon reduction policies, and subsequent detailed design to RIBA 4. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: &quot;Calibri&quot;, sans-serif">TDC wish to replace existing gas and oil burning plant with non-fossil fuel alternatives including air source heat pumps. TDC invite you to provide fee quotes on a site-by-site basis.
