Tender description

Perth & Kinross Council (‘PKC’) currently provides an Arcserve network backup solution to PKC corporate and educational establishments as well as leisure centres. PKC are seeking to enter into a new contractual agreement for the supply Arcserve on-premise licences for a period of 12 months, with the ability to extend for a further one or two years at their sole discretion and subject to the performance of the contractor. PKC’s current licence agreement expires on 24 March 2023. We currently have 220 licences but due to the lessening of our requirement, we are looking to reduce the amount to 120 for the new contract.
