UWTSD2223/187. Vertical Transportation (Lift) Maintenance

Tender description

The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD/’ the Employer’) wishes to Tender for lift contractors to carry out all or any maintenance, repairs or renewals which may be or become necessary and provide an emergency service; based on a 3-year comprehensive contract as more fully described in Section 5 of this document. whereby the Contractor undertakes, for a specified all-inclusive consideration, to carry out all or any maintenance, repairs or renewals which may be or become necessary and provide an emergency 24-hour service; All options shall include the option for two further 12-month extensions based on contract performance over the initial 3-year period. This contract will be accessible by the University of Wales Trinity Saint David Group (UWTSD, University of Wales, Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Ceredigion).
