Tender description

All Hackney Libraries have an existing Visitor counter system in place that was in place prior to the Cyber Attack. The system was robust, secure and provided the best interaction and analysis tools for staff. This system relied on a hardwired connection which we lost post cyber attack. Wired connections have subsequently been restored and in order to protect our internal systems we need to upgrade the hardware at all sites to comply with ICTs security standards.
