HSE's new strategy has been widely communicated both internally and externally and has been well receive HSE are in the process of developing a series of new sub-strategies that will be agreed in Q3 and Q4 of this year. These include People Strategy, Regulation and Enforcement Strategy, Digital Strategy, Data Strategy, Engagement Strategy, Estates Strategy, and IT Roadmap. HSE now require a strategic partner to provide us with additional expertise and capacity, and to support and advise Ex-Co and senior leaders in the implementation of the strategy, including, but not limited to: • Articulating the target operating model • The setting of priorities • Defining the strategic roadmap • Co-ordinating activities and putting in place robust plans to ensure we move with pace whilst ensuring that execution is realistic and achievable • Integrating planned activities with the existing Portfolio and, as necessary, redefining priorities • Defining, understanding, and planning for the delivery and oversight of common components • Understanding the practical implications of delivery • Internal change communications • Change management and culture change • Supporting the delivery of programmes and projects, including the provision of resources and specialists
