Please refer to all Procurement Documentation uploaded to the contract notice for full details including rules for the Framework Agreement and in order to complete a tender application Lot 252854: To establish a multi supplier FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for provision of ECONOMIC ADVICE FOR ENFORCMENT LITIGATION FOR THE WHOLESALE DIVISION OF COMREG Please refer to Procurement Documentation in order to complete a tender application. All details are contained in the procurement documentation. Rules pertaining to the Framework Agreement are set out in the uploaded documents. Drawdown will be arranged as set out in the documents: as ComReg deems appropriate and at its absolute discretion, award specific Call-Off Contracts to a Framework Member by Direct drawdown; or running a mini-competition with all FWA members.
