To design and deliver a serious violence problem solving learning programme (SVPSLP) . The aim of the SVPSLA is to deliver: o practical 'real life' training and development for analysts which will be tailored to their current capabilities and force capacity. o support for local officers and leaders who would need to implement hot spot interventions for serious violence. o inputs on the problem solving and serious violence evidence base. tailored implementation and support to help walk forces through each stage in the SARA (scanning, analysis, response, assessment) problem-solving approach, resulting in the delivery of a range of interventions in priority hot spot areas.
