Tender description
This RFT is for delivery of Return with Confidence, a programme for women returning to the construction sector. The programme should be designed to enable participants to successfully achieve the programme’s learning outcomes and return to work in the construction sector. We are looking for a company to provide the following skills based training: • Job Preparation Skills – cv and cover letter preparation, LinkedIn profile, interview skills • Communication Skills • Creativity and Adaptability • Teamworking • Critical Thinking • Problem Solving • Self Management
