Provision and Operation of Monthly/Weekly Sunday Car Boot Sale at Hindley Market Site, Wigan

<p>Wigan Council is seeking a reputable operator with a proven track record to provide a weekly Sunday Car Boot Sale at Hindley Market site. The applicant must have experience, drive and enthusiasm required to create a vibrant and successful community asset. The successful contractor must provide the services according to the Council's terms and conditions of contract for this service. Operating hours are restricted to the following unless other arrangements have been made with the supervising Officer or as directed by premises licence: Sundays Only, from 5.00am – 2.00pm during the months May to April (weather permitting). The successful Operator will agree to pay an annual concession fee to Wigan Council of £1,500. This will assist in covering the costs of utilities, NNDR and repairs and maintenance of the site. The license period is from 1st May 2023 to 30th April 2025. Interested applicants are directed to the procurement documentation which contains a full Specification for this service.
