Market Engagement for procurement of St James Playing Field Modular Pavilion Project

Modular football changing rooms comprising 8no changing and shower areas plus supporting accommodation (over two units). An over cladding system will form a perimeter security line. Design to include foundation and building warrant application. Planning will be developed by Internal Client team. Some civils including carparking and landscaping are likely to be included within the package. PQQ issued April ’23 with Main Tender Issue will be July ’23. Lot 1: At this stage the strategy for the procurement of the works is still being developed and the Contracting Authority is seeking to engage with the market to take views from Contractors within the industry as to whether the scope, complexity and procurement route of the project is suitable for this type of market. The Contracting Authority has prepared a market engagement questionnaire "St James PF - Market Engagement Questionnaire (001) March'23" which is included as an additional document. Additional information: Interested market participants are invited to complete and return the questionnaire to the Council at citydeal@renfrewshire.gov.uk by 12 noon on 27th March 2023. The publication of this notice does not oblige the Contracting Authority to commence a procurement process in respect of any or all of works referred to in this notice.
