Tender description

Provision of software services and support to generate and analyse cattle plasmid libraries for genetic variation. Provision of specialist software services and support to generate and analyse cattle plasmid libraries, to map genetic variants that directly alter the expression levels of genes. Mapping the precise location of regulatory variants will allow us to better pinpoint the variants driving differences in important human and cattle phenotypes, enabling downstream interventions such as genome editing in cattle and cell therapies in humans.
