Tender description

To optimise access to and delivery of its services the Government of Jersey must now undergo a programme of digitising services, supporting a digital first, omni-channel approach, leveraging what we know about our customers to provide the most appropriate services in a way that is easily accessible and drives adoption. The Government of Jersey is currently enhancing and developing its Digital Services which are planned to be released to the public by the end of 2023. This platform will introduce practice disciplines including Agile delivery product management, master data and data stewardship, and will be delivered using a number of new Microsoft cloud-based technologies. This new digital platform will require many skills and capabilities for its management which we would like to bring into complement the existing in-house skills of the Modernisation & Digital (M&D) team, for its delivery and ensure that the rapid timescales proposed can be achieved. As such the Government will need to contract with other subject matter experts in this field to assist with its management and development and to build the in-house expertise. The subject matter expertise requested by government will cover: • Product Development • Product Support • Managed Services Further details of this can be found in the attached RFI document within the portal, and suppliers are requested to review the information and provide responses to all appropriate requirements as listed, pertinent to their areas of expertise, and provide their views, feedback, methodologies for approach and indicative costings for this work as outlined.
