Cyclical Redecoration and Planned Maintenance to local authority owned residential blocks/houses comprising at least one leasehold flat: work activities comprise building repairs (and maintenance) to preserve in a reasonable standard LBH property asset portfolio and by inference the estates in which these buildings are situated. Works activities would entail repairing, maintaining, on occasion improving the building and estate elements, both internally and externally, to ensure that risk of harm to both residents and visitors are minimised and buildings, when maintained, are maintained to a reasonable standard.
