Contract for the provision of Corporate Property Facilities Management Services

Tender description

The Council is seeking to procure a Facilities Management (FM) Service provider to deliver its full range of FM services from 1st April 2025 3.3 It is anticipated the Facilities Management contract will broadly cover the following core services. Hard FM Soft FM Management of Traveller sites Security and commissionaire services Property Service Centre Various Managed Services The above services are provided at specific services designated on the affected property list to more than 650 sites Lot 1: This is still to be fully determined but currently it is expected the competition will take place as a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation. It is anticipated the procurement will begin during July 2023 As part of this process a pre market engagement exercise is being undertaken via our tendering portal - Precontract with a deadline of 5:00pm on the 5th April 2023 to offer views on commercial arrangements of the resulting contract
