Tender description
To ensure that there is comprehensive contractual arrangements in place for the delivery of Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works across the Group managed homes and properties. Lot 1: To appoint a contactor that can provide the main Responsive Maintenance services for the Groups housing stock in the West and to supplement / support our current Void Property Works contract.
