Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council are extending the existing DPS seeking to commission Self Directed Support Services DPS Framework for a further 12 month period. To increase the uptake of direct payments, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council requires effective, efficient and economical Direct Payment Support Services, to ensure flexible, high quality provision is available to recipients of direct payments. The role is to support, plan and enable people to direct their own support, as reflected in national and local strategic approaches. The DPS Framework will be tendered in five lots.
