Tender description

Derry City and Strabane District Council invites written tenders from suitably experienced organisations for the provision of Medical and First Aid Services for Festival and Events within the Council area from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2026. Council has established a public outdoor events programme for 2023 – 2026 which includes a number of major events throughout the year such as; Strabane/Lifford Half Marathon, Summer Jamm Festival-Strabane, Waterside Half Marathon, Halloween Carnival Celebrations Christmas lights switch on, St Patrick’s Day Festival Weekend and the Foyle Maritime Festival. Additional public events and celebrations may be programmed on an ad hoc basis. These events may vary in nature, scale and requirements. Tenders are now invited from competent organisations for the provision of medical and first aid services for these and any other events in accordance with the contract term.
