Supply and Install Site Security Fencing at Leopardstown Park Hospital

Tender description

The Leopardstown Park Hospital Trust wishes to have security fencing erected on their land holding at Leopardstown Park Hospital. The property currently comprises an operational hospital which provides services for older persons on a site which comprises significant adjoining parklands. The area which is to be fenced extends approx. 750 meters total. This is an approximate and the area marked in green on the attached map (which is existing car parking) is to be finalised in order to confirm the exact length. Therefore the tender competition will be based on a rate per meter with 750m being an indicative total. Spec as follows: • 1.8m Mesh Fencing (example fence attached). • 1.8m Gate to allow vehicular access at both point A & B on the attached map. • All fittings and fixtures to be tamperproof. Please note that Leopardstown Park Hospital require 24 hour prior notice and that anyone on site has undertaken a Covid wellness test upon arrival on site.
