<p>Key responsibilities will be to: • Set out the national, regional, and local policy and guidance context. • Set out any relevant legal context. • Set out the characteristics of current housing supply (including size, type, tenure, condition, price including rents, affordability, and income levels). • Set out the current role of different market and affordable tenures in the borough, including the private rented sector (type, size, price, and age). • Set out the overall future need (to 2041) using the standard methodology, with assessment of tenure split, size, and type. • Set out the overall future affordable housing need in the borough (to 2041) including tenure split, size, and type. • Set out the needs of housing for other groups including the specific groups identified in paragraph 62 of the NPPF.</p> Keywords: Housing
