Smartply RFT for Greenend Electrical Upgrade at Smartply Europe DAC'23

Tender description

Smartply Europe DAC are seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified electrical companies for the upgrade works to their Greenend Area at their facility at Belview, Slieverue, Waterford, X91 PX75. The Scope will involve the following: - 1. Remove existing MCP11 & MCP21 2. Remove all control cables between MCP11 + 21 & PLC panels. 3. Label all cables before removing from MCP’s to identify location and phase direction. 4. Install new free issue MCP11 & MCP21. 5. Install new RIO3 & RIO4 as per drawing 1000PLC01_SafetyGate location v2. 6. Replace old 24way CCP panel with new 24way 160amp isobar distribution board. 7. Replace old 48way UPS panel with new 48way 250amp isobar distribution board. 8. Install all cables & containment as per Greenend safety upgrade cable schedule & Rockwell Greenend SLD v1. 9. Install all safety locks on gates as per drawing 1000PLC01_SafetyGate location v2 & 1000PLC01_SafetyGate location Lower v2. 10. Fibre splice boxes to be supplied with LC connectors. 11. All cables to be certified by accredited contractor.
