Tender description
Northamptonshire Police is looking to maximise its opportunities to engage with and obtain feedback from victims and witnesses to drive service improvements. Northamptonshire Police has been looking at several ways it can achieve this and has identified that a Rapid Video Response (RVR) would improve the service we provide to both witnesses and victims and create efficiencies in both resolutions and triage for deployment. They are therefore proceeding with this market testing/RFI to understand what Rapid Video Response offerings are available on the market
