The project involves the works to the existing highway and external sections of the Pillgwenlly area as marked on the design drawings. Documents referenced Section 3 Architect/Engineer. Available within the tender pack Lot 1: The Pill Regeneration project site is located in the heart of Pill, between Commercial Road and Pillgwenlly Primary school. We are seeking a Contractor with a proven track record to deliver the highway and external works for our Pillgwenlly (Pill) regeneration project.
