Tender description

Provision of a pharmaceutical dispensing service, specifically for the East Fife Community Hospitals - Stratheden Hospital, Weston Day Hospital, St. Andrews Community Hospital and Adamson Hospital. Lot 1: Stratheden Hospital and Weston Day Hospital Provision of a pharmaceutical dispensing service to Stratheden Hospital and Weston Day Hospital including discharge medicines, pass medication, outpatients, self-medication and the supply of Clozapine. Lot 2: St. Andrews Community Hospital Provision of a pharmaceutical dispensing service to St. Andrews Community Hospital for discharge medicines. Lot 3: Adamson Hospital NHS Fife is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the contract by up to a further two (2) periods of up to twelve (12) months each. Lot 4: All Community Hospitals This lot is for submitting a bit for a unified service across all sites for the provision of a pharmaceutical dispensing service to NHS Fife Community Hospital including discharge medicines, pass medication, outpatients, self-medication and the supply of Clozapine.
