Tender description
Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to procure a cash and card payment kiosk. The solution will need to accept payments for a range of Council related services including but not limited to Council Tax, Business Rates, Licensing, Waste Services, and Parking. As the range of services and the prices for these services will change periodically it is essential that the solution supports adding, changing, and removing payment items. There will also be a requirement to update prices on at least an annual basis. The solution should have the option to provide a customer receipt either automatically or upon request.
