Operational implementation for Reform

Tender description

This requirement is to deliver a new approach to implementing Reform changes, following Reform reset decisions by the Secretary of State. This new approach will: - take account of lessons learned from implementation over the last 3 years - ensure better Operational preparedness - provide an approach to embedding change beyond the main implementation activity, including the significant behavioural and cultural change required by HMCTS. A key output will be: - an audit at site level to gather information that will inform what readiness work is required, how to implement changes in that specific environment and what initiatives are needed to respond to those issues identified. - Knowledge transfer of change management best practice
