OfS are looking for Suppliers who can provide tailored skills development workshops of no more tht one day in duration. The requirement is split into four Lots: Lot 1 - Leading and supporting change Lot 2 - Coaching skill development Lot 3 - Performance Management Lot 4 - Leadering a hybrid environment, supporting the delivery, engagement and wellbeing of your team. Lot 1: Leading and Supporting change workshops The OfS continues to undergo significant organisational, and process change as it seeks to meet its evolving regulatory role. We are seeking a supplier that can provide tailored workshops, to develop change leadership skills in its leaders at all levels. Helping them to undertake their role in supporting staff through change, especially where it is corporately or externally driven. The aim is to develop the skills of managers and staff in providing coaching for colleagues. Enabling coaches to provide the right balance of supportive questions and challenge, with appropriate sharing of expertise, that will build the capability, confidence, and motivation of the coachee.
