This project is an emergency works mechanical project that entails upgrading works to the existing boilerhouse and heating centre for Old Bawn Community School main school building. The works include replacing the existing oil boilers in the boilerhouse with new gas condensing boilers installed in a cascade arrangement, new flues to suit the new boilers, new MCC controls system, new heating services pipework, new gas services pipework, new heating plant, etc. The existing fuel source to the boilerhouse of oil shall be replaced with a new LPG gas supply that shall come from a new LPG gas tank compound which shall be provided as part of this contract.
