Tender description

This procurement exercise is for the appointment of a contractor for the re-roofing works of McKenize House, Cardiff University. The works involve the re-roofing of McKenzie House, Newport Road, Cardiff together with associated ancillary and access works. works will involve the exposure and investigation of existing cladding systems, exposure and exposure of existing curtain walling system, exposure and investigation of the building's structural frame, design and erection of suitable and sufficient access facilities, removal of existing coverings, removal of existing insulation, repairs to substrate, and replacement of roof coverings with a new tapered insulation roofing system covered with a liquid coating.
