Tender description

This is not a contract award but part of the process to allow payment of invoices for provision of temporary accommodation for homeless/rough sleepers/people at risk of homelessness who are placed in properties by Housing Options. This is as a response to statutory homelessness duty and additional requirements related to Covid pandemic response. Retrospective claims for Housing Benefit award will be made so we will recover an estimated 70% of overall expenditure.
