Intensive Coaching Service for Children in Care

Tender description

The provider will deliver all aspects of the 'Inside Out' programme, which is now embedded in both LA's pathways for support. They will work flexibly and innovatively across Essex and Hertfordshire, using their knowledge and experience of effective intervention with vulnerable young people to deliver high quality coaching and create the conditions for the programme to continue as a successful and cost-effective model of support. The provider will recruit and manage skilled coaches who will work intensively with young people on the programme, where appropriate, their families, lead social workers and placement teams, other agencies and the young person's placement provider to effect change and create the conditions in which a young person can either return home, move to a less intensive sustainable placement or achieve stability in their current placement.
