Tender description

This is a Transparency Notice publication to original Contract for SaaS licenses Service Now products, ITSM, ITOM, and SAM applications and professional implementation services as required to deploy Service Now. This notice replaces previous published awarded contract notice: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/797bb57e-c5ee-46b2-bba2-71c2cf0e33cb published on the 20th June 2022. Due to the purchase of additional licenses the contract value has increased. The original procurement was undertaken through the CCS RM1557.11 G-Cloud 11, Lot 2 & Lot 3 following Direct Award process. Total maximum award value is the maximum of all charges including all optional extensions. This value modification has been completed in compliance with regulation 72 (a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. CQC Reference: CQC ICTC 824.
