SPFA for the Provision of Removal Service for Office Furniture within the Greater Dublin area.

Tender description

This single party framework will require the appointed Removal Company to oversee and coordinate the packing, removal and repositioning of the Office and Classroom furniture as required from their current location in the National Learning Network, Cathal Brugha St College to Griffith College Buildings in Wolfe Tone St and locations to be confirmed. The Contractor will be required to coordinate and oversee the itemizing, packing, movement and unpacking of furniture between locations – which will entail creating a full inventory, moving it into the office locations, removing all protective packaging and setting it up as per a furniture layout plan. The furniture included under the scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to Desks, Chairs, Under Desk Pedestals, Filing Cabinets, Conference/Meeting Tables, Tambour Units, Wall-mounted White-Boards and Electrical office equipment.
