Sport England's strategy Uniting the Movement was launched in 2021. At the heart of the strategy is a commitment to tackle inequalities and unlock the advantages of sport and physical activity for everyone. Further information regarding our strategy and aims can be found at https://www.sportengland.org/about-us/uniting-movement In early 2023, Sport England will look for a partner to support the delivery of the next phase of our organisational development programme. Lot 1: Sport England's strategy Uniting the Movement was launched in 2021. At the heart of the strategy is a commitment to tackle inequalities and unlock the advantages of sport and physical activity for everyone. In 2022, Sport England embarked on an organisational development programme to support this. The intention is to transform how our people, process, data and technology work together, changing the organisation's culture in the process. Through the initial work, a target operating model, roadmap, and service catalogue have been developed. In early 2023, Sport England will look for a partner to support the delivery of the next phase of this organisational development programme. The Invitation To Tender is planned for issue in February 2023. The scope of work is expected to cover a programme over 12 - 18 months with a value between £500,000 and £700,000.
