Brand Creative Services Saorview requires brand creative services including brand development, graphic design, motion graphics, copywriting, advertising campaign design and execution (across all platforms – television, online, social media, email, print and outdoor), product packaging design and POS collateral. The successful tenderer will demonstrate an understanding of the Saorview brand. Saorview typically runs two advertising creative campaigns annually. For an individual campaign, budgets are limited. Saorview prepares the creative brief for each campaign. Advertising creative required is typically animation-based TV adverts and radio adverts to completion, including VO sound bed and delivery via IMD; social media assets, magazine advert creative and POS creative. Some additional creative elements e.g. website updates may be required during a full year. The total creative budget for a full year is typically €40k-60k per annum. Website Content Creation and Management Services The Saorview website is managed externally by the creative agency and is hosted on RTÉ servers. Web Content Management Services include control of the existing headless CMS, development and publication of new content and support for technical and security upgrades as required to maintain a consistent and reliable online presence. The successful tenderer will demonstrate competence in both web design and web hosting for major organisations in Ireland, and specific competence in the support of static / headless CMS systems with dynamic elements. Website support requirements are estimated as one to four hours per month, but this can vary up / down depending on brand activity and technical requirements.
