RFT for the supply of Technical Development Advice

Tender description

The Department is continuing its programme of Service Delivery Modernisation. This modernisation programme is fundamental to the Department’s objectives of delivering a comprehensive service to people, positioning the Department to better adapt to political priorities and changing customer needs, and delivering on internal effectiveness and efficiency goals. The Department also has a suite of “Digital Services”. These are cloud-based frontends with an on premise backend, typically interacting with the departments’ core business application. The purpose of this public procurement competition is to seek provision of Technical Development Advice in support of the software development work to be undertaken on foot of the Department’s Service Delivery Modernisation (SDM), Transformation programmes and the expansion of its “Digital Services”.
