RFT for the Provision of Agency Staff Services

Tender description

The services relate to the provision of Agency staff to cover various roles across the organisation. This may include Agency Staff to cover long term and short term roles at the Mental Health Commission with high quality agency staff across the organisation but not limited to:- • Mental Health Tribunals • Corporate Services • Inspectorate of Mental Health Services (Administration roles) • Standards & Quality Assurance • Decision Support Service (All Divisions) Furthermore, the Agency staff required may relate to staff at any level of the organisation to include not limited to – • Clerical Officer • Executive Officer • Higher Executive Officer • Engineer Grade II (Assistant Inspector of Mental Health Services) • Assistant Principal • Principal Officer • Other Bespoke Roles The services to be provided by the successful Tenderer appointed shall include, but are not limited to, the following services - • Identification of suitable candidates that meet the Commission’s requirements in terms of capabilities, employment experience and education; • Completion of in-depth face to face screening of potential candidates before submitting applications to the Commission for consideration and advising potential candidates on the role and requirements; • Submission of the required number of Curriculum Vitaes for each temporary staff role to the Commission, in the agreed timeframe and the format requested; • Organisation of interview times between the Commission and the candidate, as required; • Completion of reference, visa and educational verification on proposed candidates and garda vetting verification as required; • Provision of necessary documentation to the Commission on selection of successful candidates; • Performance management / feedback while the candidate is in place; and all other services that are reasonably ancillary and incidental to the above.
