Tender description

The MHC is seeking tenders for the design and development of two informational brochure websites. The MHC intends to create two websites and wishes to use the same underlying system for both. Hosting and maintenance of the website shall be part of the contract. For the purposes of this tender, the contract shall be divided into two phases of work Website 1: Development and design of a new website for the newly established Decision Support Service (DSS), and hosting and maintenance. Website 2: Development and design of a new Mental Health Commission (MHC) website, and hosting and maintenance. Assumption that these two sites will be built on the same platform and will share the same hosting.Priority shall be to create the Decision Support Service website as soon as possible, thus website 1 shall be done first, and will be a dependency for website 2. It should be noted that the Decision Support Service has separate and distinct branding to the Mental Health Commission; this branding has already been developed and includes a logo, typeface, colour palette and branding guidelines. The Decision Support Service does not have a separate website at present (as the service is currently being established); the MHC website (www.mhcirl.ie) has been operational since 2004 and no longer meets the requirements of the MHC. The Decision Support Service has registered a domain name.
