Tender description
Development of mainstream classroom extension, WC and ancillary site and development works. The project will consist of part removal of existing external finishes and construction of an extension which contains a mainstream classroom and ancillary accommodation. This extension shall link into the existing school and include making good all internal and external works affected by the proposed construction works. Works include installation of new foul effluent system and site boundary wall and fencing to part of the site perimeter.
