Coláiste Éinde is a voluntary secondary school under the trusteeship of the Bishop of Galway. Your attention is drawn to the attached Project Brief and particularly the proposed Schedule of Accommodation. In summary, the project will comprise: Section A:  3 x General Classrooms 58.6 m2 each  1 x Construction Studies Room 149.0 m2  1 X Technology Prep Room 58.6 m2  2 x Science Labs 88.6m2 each  1 x Preparation Area 38.5 m2  1 x Graphics Room 118.6m2  1 x Art Room 118.6m2  2 x Project Stores 32.8 m2  1 x Home Economics Room 118.6m2  1 x Music Room 88.6 m2  Student & Staff Toilets 57.7 m2  Locker Space 81.0 m2  Giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 1684.0 m2 Section B: Alterations to existing building  Existing Music Room to be converted to Textile Room 69.0 m2  Refurbishment of existing Woodwork/Construction Studies Room 220.3 m2  Giving a Total alterations to Existing Building of 289.3 m2  Giving Gross Floor area for Sections A and B incl. staircases & lift: 2630m2 Section C: Physical Education Hall Facility as part of site masterplan Design Team are required to develop an overall site master plan for Cóláiste Éinde which should include a PE Hall Facility. The PE Hall Facility will not be delivered as part of this project.
