Trees for Climate Planting - Elemore Site Development

Tender description

Sunderland City Council are in receipt of funding to develop the land at the Elemore Golf Course site with a view to planting Trees and shrubs under the governments Trees for Climate scheme. The required works will incorporate • Groundworks and planting preparation • Seeding 52,300 m2 ground area • Planting tree species • Fencing works • Maintenance of the site over a 15-year period. Bidders must be able to demonstrate experience and technical ability in soft landscaping, fencing works and tree planting and management and must also demonstrate they can complete all planting works prior to 28th February 2022 and all other works prior to 31st March 2022.
