Temporary Ventilation for Wallasey Town Hall

Ventilation at Wallasey Town Hall does not meet HSE and CIBSE guidelines. In order to make the Civic Hall and Council Chamber COVID compliant with regards to ventilation we need to put in temporary solution. This is to facilitate Mayor Making and Full Council Meetings which must take place at Wallasey Town Hall in 2022. Council Chamber Supply and installation of 2no. temporary ventilation units to council chamber room. Units to be installed in 2 corners of the room to efficiently ventilate the chamber room. Ventilation units to consist of aluminium weather louvre, galv steel plenum box and 1x axial fan. Ventilation unit to be positioned into window opening, supported off base of window ledge. Fan speed controllers to be mounted to plenum box c/w 2-3m cable extension + 3pin fused plug. Airflow duty based on 10 litres per second for 66 people. All for the sum of £2,680.00 ex vat Civic Hall Supply and installation of 1no. temporary ventilation unit to civic hall room. Unit to be installed into existing balcony doorway to allow effective ventilation to hall room. Ventilation unit to consist of aluminium weather louvre, galv steel plenum box and 2x axial fans. Ventilation unit to be positioned into doorway opening, supported off base of door entry. Fan speed controllers to be mounted to plenum box c/w 2-3m cable extension + 3pin fused plug. Airflow duty based on 10 litres per second for 170 people. All for the sum of £2,750.00 ex vat
