Tender description
DE require a Contractor to provide an independent assessment of the validity of the current Free School Meal Entitlement (FSME) measure of deprivation against alternative measures. A full review of the alternatives must be carried out to include existing measures of social deprivation in use in Northern Ireland and in other jurisdictions, as well as an exploration of potential new measures that could be created from existing data sources, data linkage, or by collecting new data.
