HE Engagement Strategy embedding and delivery - AWARD

Historic England is preparing to launch, embed and bring to life its newly developed Engagement Strategy with colleagues from across the organisation and with key stakeholders to deliver the principles of the Strategy in all aspects of our work. To ensure the Engagement Strategy is successfully embedded, and to maintain momentum, Historic England will commission external support, which may include resources, training, capability building, facilitation etc (we want to work with the supplier on designing the right approach). It will also include the effective sharing of, and staff engagement with, the Strategy, and be applicable for sharing with the wider heritage sector.
