Tender description

This process is to provide information to enable a shortlist of suitable contractors to be established for the following works. Uttlesford District Council own the site which comprises a listed Georgian house with a modern link building comprising flats. The work will extend the modern element to provide a new entrance and communal lounge area, allowing the separation of this modern extension form the listed building. All mechanical and electrical provision will be relocated from the exiting listed building into the new accommodation, linking into the existing systems present in the modern extension.
