Tender description
Research to understand consumer behaviour to inform and influence FCA thinking on consumer credit policy and supervision. Our focus is the earlier part of the consumer journey when consumers are taking up debt for the first time or starting to habituate borrowing but are not (yet) in financial difficulty; and with a focus on higher-cost credit; informal/unregulated credit; and new forms of debt.
